Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused pipe and accessories in the original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the return shipping label provided by our customer service team.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for usage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
