Is the interior of the pipe easy to clean?
Yes, our pipes feature a ceramic-bonded interior that hits like glass and cleans easily with standard ISO alcohol. The modular design also allows you to unscrew the neck for full access to the base.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer discreet shipping on all orders. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand by our quality. All Chill Steel Pipes come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects to ensure your investment is protected.
Can I use different downstems or bowls with my Chill pipe?
Our pipes are designed with a standard 14mm female joint, making them compatible with most third-party slides and accessories available in the market.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
